    1.2Mile on bike (1 at 120RPM 0.2 at 100RPM)

    Go to squat and... squat rack, smith machine, and sitting calf raise are all gone... getting painted :ugh2:

    had a weird leg day, not going to bother posting

    Not my normal work out... took some Demerol and shit was wack, felt like doing every exercise :S

    shoulders on wed, did back on Sat

    x8 Wide grip pull ups (buddy pushed my feet up on last couple)

    some T bar rows, cable rows, more pull ups... lat pulldown machine was broken
