    so i finally decided to make a log, and i figured OT wouldnt be a bad place so start

    im naturally strong, but i have some fat i would like to get rid of

    i will try to post my diet in this log daily, as well as a workout log

    i am trying to mainly lean out


    as of 3/26/07 - 224 lbs

    my workout routine is

    monday-abs at home
    tuesday - chest/shoulders
    wednesday - abs at home
    thursday- back/biceps
    friday - abs at home
    satuday-legs/triceps

    8oz chicken breast
    1 cup skim milk
    1/2 cup oatmeal

    lunch (12pm)
    8oz chicken breast
    1 slice whole wheat toast
    1 bowl of salad - no dressing

    dinner(6pm)
    sashimi sushi
    4pc tempura shrimp

    got stoned and ate way to much to remember, fuck that im done blazing

    80x8x4 dumbell incline
    85x8x4 dumbell decline
    85x8x4 dumbell flatbench
    setting 10 cybex flies x8x4

    270x8x4 machine shrugs
    275x8x4 olympic shrugs
    100x8x4 upright rows
    65x8x4 overhead dumbell press

    3 super sets obliques

    20 min cardio


    post workout (430pm)
    2 scoops protein
    1 scoop glutamine
    1 slice whole wheat bread

    dinner(8pm)
    12 oz tri-tip
    1/4 cup carrots
    1/4 cup yam
    small salad

    6 inch subway chicken on wheat w/ tons of veggies
