Is it possible to lock the workstation in which it asks you to enter your password, etc. in Windows XP HOME? I have XP Home at the office and want to use it like my XP Pro at home. Go figure, it's backwards!

    windows key + L

    and or

Display properties\screen saver\ check "on resume, password protect"

You can also have users enter their username instead of clicking on a picture.

control panel\user accounts\change the way users log on or off

It does if you enable fast user switching or whatever the option is that changes the logon screen from pictures to just a prompt.
