We have a projector set up in our conference room connected to a computer running XP Pro SP2. Someone keeps changing the display resolution settings to a higer refresh rate, and changing other display settings. Is there a way thru permissions or other to keep people out of those settings?

Yeah, make everybody except Administrator a "Normal" user, and then edit the machine's local policy to prohibit access to Control Panel.

Leave a note: "Touch the fucking display properties, and I'll hunt you down and rip off your balls. Thx!"
