I am headed down there to check it out, but its $800 and is converted for a pistol grip and stock.

Would it be worth picking up since they are only going to get more expensive, and harder to find.

You can find them for under $600. DIY trigger guard is $40, pistol grip and buttstock is ~$60-70. Total maybe a little over $700 plus 45 mins of work :dunno:

Whats the DIY process like for the pistol grip conversion? Is there a step by step DIY guide, preferably with pictures?

So you think it would be better/cheaper to just pick up a stock S12 + pistol grip conversion parts online somewhere and do it myself?

That's not bad at all compared to what a LOT of other places are charging for them. I seriously want to pick one up before they get any more expensive or unavailable, which with the way the "scare" is driving ammo and gun prices up, is almost a 100% certainty.
