A&P Local band photos from Friday night...

Discussion in 'Lifestyle' started by coughlin's law, Dec 17, 2007.

  1. Shot for my friend's band De Nethermen...

    Lens primarily used;

    Sigma 10-20mm, but also EF-S 50mm F/1.8
    RAW
    TV: 8
    ISO: 800-1600 (I know...)
    AV: 1.8-8 (on lens use)

    I still feel these could have been a lot better... I was shooting AF but didn't get a really good shot.

    hmm the lighting there was actually better than I was led to believe.

    don't worry if they didnt come as good as you hoped, its a learning experience and thats the most important.

    post some with the 10-20 I really want to see how they look

    I had to time the strobing green when it hit the lead singer just so I could take a semi-decent pic lol

  4. Oops, I forgot to mention those were shot with my 50mm f/1.8... I'll upload the one with the 10-20 here soon...

  5. Sigma 10-20mm, I shot these at ISO 1600 -- I initially freaked out that the 800 wasn't good enough and I didn't want to use flash, but now I see that by using a higher iso, the photos turned out like crap...
