Seems like Asians like guns :dunno: I was at the local indoor range on monday, and some asian lady in her mid 40's was there renting pistols to shoot.

Also, having personally gone through the scenario in the videos, I can honestly say you can't say what you're going to do (shoot, load vs load to full then continue) until you get there. I was doing a bit of both and, while Louis commented that it worked for me, It was pretty much a wing it scenario. Do what works. In the future, I'd probably be looking for cover and loading to full then re-engaging.

You pretty much loose all your fine motor control in a combat/self defense situation and you would be fumbling around.

No doubt about that, I sometimes practice loading fast, and yes, fumbling is definitely a problem when loading into the tube, loading through the open ejection port fast is easier, but I tend to drop the shells on accident.

If you take the shell between your index and pinky and run it up the trigger guard, it will slide right in. You can load that way and with practice easily and quickly load without tkaing your eyes off of the target.

Not bad info. There is a whole lot to reloading the shotgun. While I'm not one of the top 10 in the world shotgun guys (but my squadmates are). I do shoot the shotgun well enough to hang. Guys like Taran Butler, and Mike Voigt do lots of training for special forces guys, military, and hollywood (just because they pay like the military).

Anyway your shotgun reload is good for just one instance. There is a way to reload the shotgun when going down a tight hallway or in a vehicle, how to reload your shotgun while on the move, or while your behind cover and you need to load to full capacity and get back into the fight as soon as possible.

You do realize that you live in So Cal which is one of the shotgun mecas for competition shooting. While it does not completely replace tactical training if you wanted to learn to shoot the shotgun fast and accurate, reload on the move and under stress, and rub elbows with some seriously well known best in the world competition shooters, cops, swat, "private security" types this is the place. You could learn so much.

Not the rock and locks, no. With the MD Arms magwell and drop free 10 round AGP mags.. look out. A 20 round drum helps, too. Most stages with the mix and match bird and buck and slug shit makes it pointless to have a mag feed anyway... which is the point behind it.
