Local shop has a complete LMT rifle. 16" barrel 1:9 twist I believe. Stock plastic handguards, fixed front sight and removable A2 rear sight (the one w/o the carry handle).

I'm a semi-noob when it comes to ARs, is this a decent price?

edit: sounds like it should be a 1:7 bbl

I think, that's what the guy at the shop said. I, being my forgetful self, didn't look underneath the barrel to check.

It should be a 1/7. That's a decent price for that rifle. I placed an order with LMT for uppers and BCGs yesterday but ETA is May 2010... :wtc:

    20 16" flattop uppers (no BCG/HG/CH)
    20 SA BCGs
    20 FA BCGs
    20 Std. Charging Handles

I needs someone with a DPAS number to bump my order in the queue...

Do you put them together and make complete rifles to sell or just sell the parts as is?

The plan is to sell them as-is. Not much of a premium to be paid for such a simple thing as installing those components since anyone can do it in about two minutes.

Yeah I just saw that too. Only thing is, I've gotta wait till the end of the month when I get paid. I'm hoping this local shop will still have this rifle there. I just wanted to make sure i wasn't getting gouged.
