    Height: 5'9"
    Starting Weight as of 3/10/05: 151

    Goal: Bulk to 165-170.

    3/10:
    Cardio

    3/14:
    Leg Press 4x6 50lbs :wtc:
    Leg Extension 4x6 65lbs
    Seated Leg Curl 4x6 67.5lbs
    Calf Raises 4x6 50lbs

    Weights should go up next week, I took it way too easy.

    3/15:
    Shoulder Press 3x6 50lbs
    Upright Row 4x6 40lbs
    DB Seated Rear Lat Raise 4x6 10lb db's
    Lateral Raise 3x6 40lbs

    3/16:
    Off

    3/17:
    Deadlift 1x6 70lbs 1x6 80lbs 1x5 85lbs
    Lat Pulldown 1x6 65lbs 1x6 72.5lbs 1x6 72.5lbs
    Seated Rows 1x6 75lbs 1x6 82.5lbs 1x5 90lbs
    Bent-over Rows 1x6 25lbs 1x6 30lbs 1x6 35lbs
