Little late but after riding in just normal jeans ive been unhappy with how exposed i feel.

So I ordered Riding jeans and they came in the mail today.
After reading many reviews, I got Shift Torque Jeans (Several of these reviews features unintentional crash tests)
Honestly. I'm not sure how happy I am - the kevlar seems very thin.
I suppose its an abrasion resistant thing more than anything else and should be sufficient for normal commuting use. However I'm going to try and find some CE armor and a good tailer and perhaps get some armor tailored into the pants.

:wiggle: The denim feels very thick compare to normal denim, and the kevlar re-enforcement in the ass and knees is nice, so i guess either way i'm better off than i was.

Unless you have armor where it should be, you're still prone to injury. Just less prone to road rash.
I have a cut-up racing suit, and I can probably mail you any armor out of the leg sections if you want it.
