Little help with a new routine?

    so, I'm going to be going away for a bit, to work..to a pretty remote location. I will have access to a bench and barbells/dbs. That's it. What exercises do you think I should base my routine around? Right now I do a 3 day a week full body workout..will that work without the squat?

    I was thinking,

    Bench
    Military press
    Bent rows
    Deads
    Lunges
    cleans
    Hack squats? (are these any good?)

    is there any way you can jerry rig a squat rack or will you have access to one?

    As far as I know, no. That's the problem..otherwise I would just stick with my current routine.
