Little Help Please

    My current workout for bi's is:

    DB seated individual good form 4 regular and 4 hammer per arm alternating...
    35*8
    40*8
    45*8
    50*8
    55*8

    BB Negative
    105*3*5 second negative
    135*3*5 second negative
    145*1*5 second negative

    Trying to create more of a peak.....
    FYI 6'4 275 currently......

    too much volume. do more heavy back work and your biceps will grow

    I am actually thinking along the same lines.....My back routine is a little lacking.....Any suggestions.....

    oops, marine got it.

    speaking of rows, would there be a specific type of row i should focus on if i have broad shoulders/skinny back+skinny physique?

    i switch between tight grip (handle) / wide grip (bent bar) to try and even things out, but i have to do wide grip first or else im burnt by the 2nd exercise
