As some of you may know, I am on an 1800cal, 300g protein, "no" carb (24g or so daily) diet. My mom just brought me some coffeecake that I had a piece of.

    Damn it.

The serious part of the post: the sugar is the part i need to stay away from, right?

my last day in Michigan before I leave for spring break is April 11th, I want to go to Mongolian BBQ and get the all-you-can-eat bowl thing to celebrate

How pointless would it be for me to enjoy the week of spring break and then come back and continue my cut?

What are you eating to get so much protein and no carbs? Just chicken, turkey, tuna, whey, etc.? What about your EFAs intake?

You need to allow yourself a little luxury now and again.. Although I find that it is better to stay dedicated all week long and just one large cheat meal, as opposed to eating very small cheat snacks a few times a week.. Only because of the guilt factor though. I would rather feel guilty only once as opposed to a few times.

    That is not really abnormal.

In high school I was competing in power lifting comp's, played football, played Rugby, Martial Arts, and tried very hard to keep a diet in check. For most of the guys on the football and wrestling teams this was an issue for them as well.

How long have you been cutting? And have you been doing re-feeds at all? One day will not kill you, may even help you out.
