    I'm not sure if i can really classify mine as serious injuries but they still hurt and make things awkward.

    Bad hip (something to do with my hip flexors)
    Bad elbow (almost dislocated it wrestling)
    Bad right shoulder (injured playing tennis, and now clicks when i raise my shoulder)

    The hip is the worst though. Every time I gotta base properly or do some explosive turn it hurts.

    middle finger tendon on left hand is tweaked
    right rotator cuff is kinda fucked
    right wrist has limited mobility
    left hamstring is pulled

    Head, i think my skull is cracked but im way to lazy to go get an x-ray.

    I have some fucked up bump on the side of my shin by my ankle its been like that for a year probably more now. It started off as a green bruise then black the went back to normal but i think it was damaged badly when I was rolling but now I cant feel the skin on that one particular spot and its a small lump. It doesnt bother me anymore unless someone really aggravates it with like a told hold or something which then it would get sore easier than most parts of my body.

    all my toes are fucked and broken, one or two of my fingers as well and i have bad knees from getting kneebard and heel hooked kinda bad a couple of times.

    oh and i also have fucked up nuts from never wearing a cup

    apparently i have loss of lordosis in my lower back =/

    probably got it from weight lifting when i was a teenager. Maybe my muscles are spasming and forcing the spine straight. Any way you cut it, it really hurts.

    currently? nothing serious, a wonky shoulder from a couple separations over the years but other than that im in tip top shape

    Toes are all shot
    Currently healing from surgery for a torn ACL
    Hip is shot
    Shoulder needs surgery
    Ankle has been cut on twice, will never be the same

    I mess up my lower back from time to time when I don't stretch/warm up properly before rolling hard. Makes me bed ridden for at like 2-3 days and I walk like an old grandpa with my back hunched over. It's no Chechen! But it still sucks.

    I yeah I forgot, light heavy weight guy tried passing my guard and slammed his knee on my big cracking the nail and then once he passed his shorts pulled it back fucking blood all over my foot.

    My right middle finger is tweaked. The right side of my lower back is gonzo and my right hip and knee are all sorts of messed up. Nothing that slows me down too much though. :o

    right thumb is always sore and easily jammable

    broke it playing lacrosse and jammed it weird numerous times while punching

    Pulled groin. (left side)
    strained tendons in right elbow.
    partially torn labrum, should be nearly healed.
    recently drained cyst in right ankle joint.

    Ring finger on the right hand is broken at the first joint.
    Intercostal muscle pull/tear (won't go away)

    The worst thing about it is having to rest. Two or three weeks, if not more for some injuries, drives me insane. I need to do some kind of training.
