    im hurting right now in the arm area because i believed the "you dont need direct arm work when u are doing chest and back you get plenty of bi and tri work" BULLSHIT that was going on a year and a half ago :rofl:

    first year i started, my arms grew ~1 inch when i was on rippetoes 3x5 routine. iirc, it had very little direct arm work.

    and bill starrs routine is good.

    1 inch in a year is bad and im standing by my statement that if i could do it all over again i would not do starr routine

    those pics were from *months* ago and the routine i was doing was purs, not starrs during that time.

    well you can continue to sack ride starrs routine all you want, all it gave me was body aches everywhere, especially in my knees.

    saw shit growth with starr
    ok to decent growth with purs

    and im seeing the best fucking growth ever on arnolds :bowdown:
