List meals you can always eat (bulking staples)

    List both:
    1-meals you always eat/like
    2- meals you can make that you eat even when you are kinda full (ie- those days you know you are supposed to eat more but you just can't... so you make these meals and somehow find a way to eat it b/c you like it so much)


    mine:

    hamburger helper with wheat noodles added + lean beef (tastes just as good... the seasonings in them are just so gooodddddd :bowdown: )


    soup with brwn rice + meat (just get a can of healthy choice reduced sodium soup, add in some brwn rice + chicken or beef)


    sphagetti (wheat noodles, MOM's brand sauce, lean beef)


    chinese fried rice (brwn rice, bean sprouts, ham, peas, eggs, onions, garlic, carrots)

    sushi (on the verge of throwing up I will still try to put down a roll or two... it tastes too dam good!!)

    I can (overeat) any normal food (I exclude only butter and other condiment apart from peanut butter or sugary spreads), as long as there's some food in front of me. But pastries, pancakes, muffins and other breads go done easily, especially with a spread on it.

    well yes... I can overeat on pizza, chocolates, etc but I am trying to eat clean

    Ah, you didn't tell anything about eating clean.
    Shakes can go down easily even when you're full.

    Shakes if I need something to down easy when I'm full or need more cals..

    Eggs
    Tuna
    Chicken
    Taco Bell :o

    Trying to eat clean.. ask me again when I'm halfway through my bulk. :o
