    any reason behind the oly arms diss?

    mine has not once had a failure in over 2k rounds... and i'm pushing about 1k rounds right now without cleaning

    high point is a brand. de's are over rated due to the din of counterstrike educated gun experts that think just because it roxors in the game that it'll pwn everything in real life too. it's overkill for home defense and not practical for carry. about the only real application aside from novelty is hunting. and you can get much more accurate and cheaper to shoot guns for less. that all being said, i have one and love it. i like mine because of the heavy recoil and novelty of having it. besides, it was free(kinda).

    the only smith and wesson auto id buy is a 5906, nothing else S&W ( auto wise)
    a S&W ar-15
    colt anything- those mother fuckers dont like civilians
    ruger p-series ( made as solid as a rock, but ugly and feel like shit )

    i wouldnt not buy any type really. I love guns and love to collect but there are definitley other guns that i would buy first

    Price dictates for me. If I saw a hi-point pistol for $50 I'd pick it up without question. On the other hand I won't pay retail for any gun.
