    I'm curious, how do calories from hard liquor, like vodka or whiskey (pure, no mixing with coke or anything else) affect a diet? I am cutting right now and I won't drink beer, but I wanted to drink some other stuff.

    its not the calories the effect you, its the actual effect from alcohol.

    It severely inhibits test reception and your metabolism for up to 72hrs after consumption. You have an orb, do a search... this topic has been brough up many times.

    I have an even better idea.

    Empty stomach+
    1 shot of whiskey+
    1 shot of vodka

    or mix with any other liquor as long as it's not the same thing

    Will get you wasted quick, cheap and only about 200 calories. [​IMG]

    and what kind of fucking pussy gets wasted on 2 shots? do you weigh like 4 pounds?

    I can drink quite a bit. It's the empty stomach and mixing drinks that should get you there quicker. I see your point about the alcohol and metabolism though.

    I have had the most difficult time staying away from alcohol. But I guess if I couldn't say no, I'd be an alcoholic.

    seriously the weekends for me just fuck me over - monday through friday is no alcohol, strict steady diet, with consistent exercise, but come saturday morning its whatever, whenever

    and i dont even know HOW bad it is because i dont track my food intake like i do in the weekdays :hs:
