    Anyone tried this ? It was recommended to me by a friend, but I am unsure of how good and how safe it is.
    Here is the list of ingredients
    Serving Size: 1 Tablet
    Proprietary Blend: 557.5mg
    Consisting of:
    Sida Cordifolia Extract (leaves) (supplying 25mg)
    Citrus Aurantium 10% (fruit)
    U.S.P. Caffeine 100mg
    5-Hydroxytrptophan
    5-Methoxytryptamine
    Green Tea Extract (leaves)
    Cassia Nomame (whole plant)
    Hoodia 12:1 Extract (Cactus)
    Yohimbe 8% Extact (bark)
    Naringen (fruit).

    heard of it but never tried it, mostly because shit like that is for people looking for a quick fix for a longterm problem. Harden the fuck up and read the stickies.

    i have used it alot

    it definitely gives you a shaky, super energized feeling at first...and it's actually pretty cool

    Definitely drink lots of water though, it will dehydrate you fast if you aren't drinking water...

    I used to take 2 in the morning, and one right before my workout.

    I mean, it's hard to tell how it works because I was dieting right too, so of course I lost fat... I don't see how it wouldn't help at all, if anything it psyches you up for your workout

    Good luck, you may feel sick during a workout, especially legs because it's just too much... so you'll have to experiment with it.

    yeah i was wondering if i should use it for that 'little bit extra' help, in conjunction with my cardio and lifting
