Anyone know off the top of their heads how many longguns can be transfered at a time? I am going to get a few AR15 lowers and want to save some money by putting them all on the same FFL transaction. This is for Cali. :happysad:

    Thanks.

3 fit on the form. I dont know if you can add more on the same form, I dont think so. Need another form.

Will FFLs charge a new price for each form?

Such as $20 for transfer, $20 for DOJ, $5 each additional.

I want to use up as much "additional" as I can. :o

Spanky's thread make me spend money

Depends on the FFL. Some will just charge you for one transfer, others will charge you for each lower.

There is no federal restriction on the number of handguns or long guns you can buy at once. Past that you'll have to ask the ffl doing the transfer what he charges for multiples. My guy is $20 for everything that comes out of the box.

California = 1 handgun per month, unless curio relics and some other exceptions. The general rule is one one handgun per month.

As to long arms, there is no limit. Whatever fees the dealer might charge you, it's up to them.
