    from 202 to 185, and now im a "abercrombie bean pole" as pur would say :hs:

    however, the college girlies love it, too bad i have no game so none of them are getting the hot beef injection from meh :wtc::wtc::wtc:

    only lift that suffered was squat, down 40ish pounds :hsugh:, which i dont really train much anyways

    i was gettin chubby in the face though :mad:

    and i used to be 270ish lbs at a bizzilion % bodyfat, so anytime i gain fat i get all flustered and want to cut.

    going to attempt a clean bulk, but will most likely turn into another dirty bulk after the first month :o

    i flew out to nj to see patty cakes and did a nude tap dancing tour w/him :hsugh:

    i cut calories and upped cardio a bit, how else do u cut? calories out > calories in

    2ish almost 3 months maybe?

    Didnt rlly keep track.

    i cut on crappy food too, chipotle, burgers, carls jr, etc..just kept calories low

    i'm down to 190 now (from 200+) by doin the same... i stopped taking in so many calories, stopped eating so much sugar (i eat almost none now) and started doing 20+ minutes of cardio a day in addition to lifting

    my target is 180-185 lbs.

    only way i could show the definition in my abs when i was bulked
    stretchin out my tub across the muscles so they stick out :mamoru:

    my ab routine blows :hs:

    i do swiss ball crunches w/25lb plate sometimes 35lb plate
    situps with 10lbs :hsugh:
    leg raises w/no weight, if i add weight i get a sharp pain in my lower back :coolugh:
    sidebends w/100lb db

    i do abs once a week too..anyone got a good mass building ab routine?

    Looking good but it is wierd that your abs are virtually invisible.

    could possibly be highly genetic.. you do more ab work than me and have less

    try doing some heavy cable crunches with the rope
