ran across a link to this collection of lightroom presets on flickr, thought some of the OTAP people would like to use them. the velvia presets look pretty nice.

thanks, I was looking for presets for my father's D200, since the base conversion from raw is really "bleh" in terms of contrast and saturation

I'm sort of new to Lightroom and haven't quite figured out how to install presets on Vista. The link you posted has install.txt which explains to put it in AppData, etc, but when I go in my AppData folder there isn't a Lightroom folder inside of the Adobe folder. Anyone have any ideas? :hs:

Great Color on the Tiger. I was looking like it and thinking hmm that looks like the same cage they keep the tigers in at my zoo

you can figure out what exactly its doing and make your own Bridge preset out of it.

you can make an action in ps, but it would require a lot more work, hence the whole point of lightroom

once your in Lightroom, you select the photo and go into the Develop tab. The settings are in a column on the left side. Lightroom comes with a bunch too. BTW really liking the Boost one you made

    Found it...thanks :bigthumb:

I tried one of the Velvia presets and then tweaked it a bit in PS:
