export to what? where are you viewing the exported pics?

what colorspace are you using in lightroom? what colorspace are you exporting too?

i had the same problem... for me, the issue was the color profile was set to some generic one for my monitor. as soon as i changed it to sRGB, the issue was resolved.

    if you're using windows:
    - control panel
    - display
    - settings tab
    - advanced
    - color management tab

It's quite likely saving the jpeg exports to sRGB and you are working in something else.

There are huge differences regarding sRBG vs. *colorspace

    no.

the generic one is your monitors calibration profile. DO NOT set this to some random profile. You can do this to accurately show that you do have a problem, but all this will do is make ALL of your colors off, not just some of them.

You need to export your images in sRGB.

    change the following:

under preferences>external editing, change both to sRGB.

right click an image>export, change export settings to jpeg/sRGB.

to test this, go into photoshop, edit>convert to profile, 'source space' is your current profile. change 'destination source' to sRGB, hit ok, then save the image.

Open the image outside of PS, and colors should be good.

the left size is the saved version in sRJB in jpeg. and right is what i see in light room. the left seems to be a bit dull or fuzzy. or is it just me

Looks like a JPEG compression issue to me, not color space.

you can say no all you want... it fixed my issue. now when i look at my photos either from my computer, or a friend's computer, or my laptop, or the computer at school, the images all look the same. before, it looked off, only on my computer, when i'm not looking at it through lightroom.

that just means they're off everywhere. If you're not on a custom calibrated screen you're not seeing the true colors anyway.

Try viewing it in a different program (web browser) or at 100%. I'm not real familiar with mac, but the viewer may be causing that when it's resizing it to fit the screen.
