Hey, I'm just curious, for everyone that I watch with taking photos, a lot of times they are able to take picture quickly. For me, I always feel so slow because I bring up my camera, adjust the exposure, then take the picture. Do most photographers find a good exposure in their lighting situation and keep that through out the same lighting area? Because I find that I'm constantly changing my exposure even though I'm under the same light. Some places are darker than other places, so I change things up. Just curious what you guys do. It's a noobish question, but I'd like to know.

I think I remember there being a direct download for this somewhere, but I can't remember. I'll look around. Thanks

Pay attention to the meter in the viewfinder. If you go into an area that has different light, if you shoot enough, you will start to learn approximately how many stop of light you lost between the two scenes.

I usually mess w/ my exposure to where I like it. Doesn't have to be 'balanced', because there are some great underexposed pics and overexposed pics. Just a matter of what you like.

Really? So after shooting for a while, I should be able to get proper exposure in one room, then go to another room and know exactly how many stops it will be? I can usually guess, but it helps that I have the light meter right there to look at. I can't seem to find One Light anywhere, though. Does anyone know where I can find it?

i can guess within 1/2-1/3 of a stop. plus liek girth said, it doesnt always have to be perfect.
