    nope not in a frat. And I am not working them twice as hard... on the other lifts I am going much closer to my maximum.

    cool, i did like 2 quarters of high school lifting, stopped, two quarters in community college, stopped and now currently going a year strong in the university i'm at now. so i guess i've been on and off for a total of 2 years. this last year of lifing is the only year i've been lifting educated in the way of F&N, and really the only one that counts.
