im doing it and regretting it
you risk other people's health of catching YOUR illness. on top of that, your lifting performance wouldnt be as great. id just consider a day off.

Bad idea no matter what. Rest up and get healthy first.
fuck the other people. It weakens your immune system, therefore your body can't fight it off as fast
It's been covered a million times, you will regret it if you try lifting.
i wouldn't call it a full on cold. it may be sinus related. just overall a little drowsy, and phlegm build up.
You'll feel like shit and you'll recover more slowly.
i think i had a good workout, doubled up on some vitamin C when i got home.

turns out it was a bad idea. i felt like a truck hit me this morning and had to come home from work
Be considerate of others in the gym and stay home, i fucking hate when some dude is sick coughing all over the place in the gym.
