What exactly should be my goals? I know I want to cut alot of fat, but I want to hit the weights hard. I'm doing a Bill Starr routine right now (about 2 months now) because I'm in serious need for the strength. Should I just keep my routine the same/similar to that routine and cut with diet? Or up the reps/intensity/cardio or change my routine entirely? I'm lifting 2-3 days a week and doing MMA 2-3 days a week right now. I'm at 235-ish 6'1" right now and want to get down to a solid 225.
