Lifting Weights

    Hey all, this might be a noob question but Im not really sure what the answer is so hopefully someone does. I have been lifting weights for the last 2 months or so and definately have noticed some improvement. I feel like my arms and chest are big enough but now I just want to build the muscle up and NOT the mass. How should I go about doing this? Lots of reps and light weight? Or max out with small reps? Thanks

    so you want to build muscle, but you don't want to build muscle mass? explain that to me please.

    so you want to get big without putting on fat? That's called clean bulking. Look at the "bodybuilding nutrition/training" sticky and it has an example of what kind of foods you should be eating. Lean meats, complex carbs and good fats.

    Your training has nothing to do with how much fat you put on. It's all about your diet.
