I've looked through the forums and I can't find anything great. Bought some books on recommendation but they are all about getting bigger and stronger. I don't need to get bigger, I'm just genetically huge. I just want to drop the fat, lean up, and become healthier. Can anyone recommend a lifting program for me to help me drop fat and lean up? I'm all about manning up and biting down and doing it hard. 5-7 days a week isn't a problem for me. *I don't do squats. The risk vs reward on my bad knees just isn't worth it to me. Thanks guys!
