my right wrist has been jacked up for a while... are there any alternatives that doesn't require the use of my wrist (not alot of it)? Would using machines be a better bet for me?

I'd say let it heal or wear some wraps

I did an order from bb.com to get my fix of ON Whey and got the free straps. My wrists love me now.

use cable machines. buy a set of ankle cuffs with d rings, a set of power hooks, and a couple caribeeners. your set then for almost any lift.

I think there are a lot of vagina exercises that won't hurt your delicate wrists. Maybe you should try those.

But don't you want to spend money on the best equipment!? You won't see significant gains!

with an adjustable cable-pulley weight system you can do almost any exercise on it. due to your wrist being fubared, you cant use barbells, free weights, or many machines. take the ankle cuffs and strap on right below your wrist. depending on the position of the d-ring and pulley assembly you can simulate anything from dead-lifts to bench press. the power grip hooks are used for rows and lat pulls. using these cuffs puts all the weight on your lower forearm instead of your wrist.
