    popping some caffeine on an empty stomach and waking up :eek3: = win. plus you get it out of the way early.

    i work 12-5. part time summer job > full time. my buddy has to work 43 hours a week at a grocery store. fuck that

    When I played football I would do morning workouts 5 days a week all summer long. Had to be there at 7am. FUCK THAT!

    My workouts are so much better in the afternoon/evening. Plus, popping caffeine pills is good now, but wait until a month from now when you feel like complete ass and getting out of bed is nearly impossible until you pop them.

    Workouts are way too important for me to do them half-asleep and on an empty stomach. Fuck that.

    Cardio in the morning FTW. Lifting heavy weights in the morning with absolutely no strength FTL. I have been doing cardio in the AM since I live directly behind a gym, but anytime I lift weights I am probably 60% as strong as I am at night.

    I'd have to get up at like 4 am to get up, get ready, eat, lift, come home, shower and still be at work by 7. Plus, I can't lift for shit at 0 dark 30.

    Agreed. The earliest I can make it to the gym is about 8-9 at night because of work. Working out when you're yawning sucks.

    I get horrible exertion headaches and feel like I'm going to puke. Not so much fun at all.

    I go at 5am 3 days a week and around 11am on sat/sun. It's really hard to make an excuse when it's the first thing you do every day.

    A quick session of cardio in the AM on an empty stomach (maybe some coffee, but that's it) is great stuff.... I wish I could do it more often.

    Yeah even if I'm doing morning cardio I'll at least down some BCAA's and waxy maize or something.

    Lifting in the mornings would kill me.
