Is it bad to lift consecutive days in a row, even if different body parts are worked. Today i did chest and back, but if tommrow I do like tris and bi's or shoulders and legs, is that still bad because it is a consecutive day in a row without rest?

no, many routines have 2 days on 1 day off, or even 3 days on 1 day off

although, when you work chest you are usually working your tri's as well and the same with back and bi's (emphasize on usually)

so it's really not 'other parts'

yeah so isnt that bad then, because your hitting that muscle the next day when you work "other" body parts.

usually people break up the days to chest/tri's one day and back/bi's another day
that way you're not using the same muscles on consecutive days
