What is the effect of lifting on a persons joints? Would it be a bad idea to take a glucosamine supplement if you feel pain in your elbows and knees after working out or is glucosamine snake oil?

glucosamine + chondroitin is ok, but it's not an instant fix...it takes along time to really help and even then, I found that taking high doses of omega 3/6/9 oil worked just as well...double check your form and make sure you aren't causing the pain.
