so i play a lot of golf, and im really trying to focus on my game this season. if i try to golf the day or two after lifting though (especially chest/bi day) i'm all sore, and i feel like i cant really control my swing. it can get really frustrating... other than waiting a few days after lifting to golf, what else can i do to improve recovery time?

i'm doing 1g+ protein per lb of body weight... i could ease up on the weights, but that doesnt sound like a good idea at all.

Improve your grip to gain better control.

I would try and focus more on stretching, not restricting your movements with certain lifts.
