Lifting and all nighters

    I have to pull an all nigher tonight, because Georgia Tech is fucking gay.
    My question is, if I get back at like 3pm and sleep till like 9 would it be a waste of time to go workout?
    edit: also, does addiroll have any shit effects to a workout routine?

    I used to have horrible sleep hygiene during undergrad and you can definitely tell it effects your workouts. With that being said a lot of people get by with little sleep every week. It's not optimal but you have to do what you have to do.

    whether you do or don't go won't really mean dick in the big scheme of things

    if you wake up and feel like lifting weights, go do it. Won't be the greatest workout of your life but who cares

    So it wouldnt be a 'useless' workout persay?
    Some people have told me its not even worth it to lift on little sleep.

    wouldn't be a big deal to just not go today and wait til you're caught up on sleep.. you're not gonna get smaller or bigger because you did or didn't go to one workout.. just don't make a habit of it

    I'v done it multiple time before.
    Prepare to eat a recovery meal and pass out for 14 hours.
    To be honest, its great sleep, but you will be noticeably weaker in your workout.

    whether or not it "helps" you physically is one thing. without a doubt the mental aspect of "hell yeah i proceeded as planned and didnt miss a day" will give you what you need out of going
