id like to know if their are people (or is it perfectly fine) to lift weights twice a day. IE: hitting chest/tris during afternoon and go back at night and work on back/bi? of course, assuming i had a good meal and at least 6 hours inbetween visits. im probably an idiot to believe it seems ok because i seen in magazines (flex/muscle fitness or something) that show routines from professional bber's that claim they hit the gym twice a day. can anyone elaborate more on this?
