Lift when sick?

    I kind of feel like I've had a bit of a sore throat all day, should I go ahead and workout anyway or take the day off. I don't want to miss a day :hs:

    your body needs the rest anyway so just stay home and go back when your 100%.

    if i start feeling a bit odd i like to workout before i get really sick
    and get everyone else at thew gym sick too :hsugh:

    If had some of my best workouts when slightly sick. If youre really sick, stay home.

    I personally lift. But you gotta read your body you know it better than us. It all depends what kind of sickness. I feel it makes me better.

    You have to learn to diagnose just how sick you are. You'll make a few mistakes on the way to learning your body, but thats part of the process.

    I have an "upper respiratory infection" so I will be missing the gym till I'm better. It made my charity bike ride even worse this past Saturday, and fuck, I am paying for it now.

    if you are contagious, do yourself and everyone around you a favor and just stay home.
