My doctor just prescribed me those to treat my depression. Is it safe to be taking both of them at the same time? My mom told me your not suppose to mix anti-depressants.

Yes, I was taking them as well. I think Wellbutrin is sometimes used as an enhancer sort to speak, but can be taken alone.

If it wasn't safe, he wouldn't have prescribed it. He knows a bit more than your mom. He went to medical school. ;)

I've taken them together. Its a swell combo, if you need it. The lexapro eases anxiety and makes you happy and outgoing, but it made me a little tired... which the welbutrin fixed by giving me some pep and energy.
