4 oz chicken
2 cups of spinach
1/4 of an avocado
i needz to go to the grocery
~8oz roast turkey
1/2 cup couscous
4g fish oil
pretty much the same every day now
2 eggs, 6 whites for breakfast
5oz 96% ground turkey
every 3 or so hours after that
and sometimes some carbs PWO, either added to that meal, or i'll get Boston Market turkey and sweet potato, but i try to keep that to once or twice a week at most.
Patty melt on rye
2 scoops ON
chocolate pop tarts
serving of lasagna and a peppered turkey+low fat grain bread and a aquafina+ Vitamin water.
3 Sicilian pizzas
4 hard boiled eggs (whites only)
chicken rice a bannana and a can of tuna.
i went to chickfila and i still need to go grocery shopping

Pork loin with peanut sauce, Steamed veggies.
chicken strips and rice in a wheat wrap
triple triple animal style with a large chocolate milk shake.
i go with 6, that way each box is like an individually packaged meal
flank steak and steamed carrots
how come no one eats the egg yolk? Is it that harmful to the broly's body?

for the quantity of eggs some brolies in here are eating, that much cholesterol from the egg yolks cant be very good for the body.
I eat the whole thing...then again, i only eat around 4 every other day. (i sub an extra can of tuna for the other days)
u get them poptarts from costco?
