    If you had 8 days before a competition, what is the protocol? in other words, what do the last 8 days of cutting before a competition look like?

    My friend said his trainer told him to not drink water the last 48 hours before the comp. Thats all i remember him saying about it

    It doesnt take 8 days to cut. It takes about 12 weeks.

    ya, i was assuming that he's been cutting and just wants to know what to do the last 8 days since it changes a bit.

    If ur gonna be in a comp in 8 days and ur deciding to cut now u fail horribly

    if your fat, you could diet and exercise like everyone else. you could probably lose 2-3lbs in that time if you do it right, but its not going to make that much of a difference but it would set you on teh right track for future cabana boy pool parties.
    if your <10% BF then you probably wouldn't be posting this thread, but hey i've been proven wrong before.

    -last week: reduce volume and intensity on weights; maintain cardio intensity. Switch to salmon or steak if not already eating it.
    -2 days out: begin increasing carbs and graduly reduce water intake that evening.
    -1 day out: very light cardio no weights, no water (just sippy, sips) carb load on yams and rice cakes that evening (no salt yet), apply pro-tan layer. Take laxitives and diuretics.
    -show date: shit alot, take diuretics if needed and not looking too flat, continue carb load and add salt, apply dream tan layer. Make sure cock is not hanging out of trunks and try not to die.


    But if you want to do this to try to drastically lose weight in one week for some reason it wont work and you will look like a fag with a shitty tan.

    we should also preface that even if you were somehow able to get shredded in 8 days for a god damn pool party, which is not going to happen - the girls there still won't fuck you. We are 100% sure of that

    please tell me you dont do this? Cardio shouldnt be touched last 7 days, if you aint ready 2-3 weeks out you never will be man. Carbing up two days out aint doing shit also. If your depleted the cell will never fill out in time. You looked pretty good last time and if this is what you did i cant imagine what i could do lol.

    My guys use no t3,clen cardio, they drink water right to show. Your doing some old school shit bro. Sodium loading lol...

    I dont sodium Load I just intake a small amount prior to going on stage. And cardio is very light all the last week. Why would you have your guys completley stop all together?

    You think doing 45-min to an hour of cardio at super low intensity the week of and none one day out will still impact seperation? And you dont have your guys carb load at all?

    absolutely. So wont training legs to close to show. Seriously man this is one of the OLDEST tricks in the book. Your trainer had you doing cardio because you still had fat on you. If your truly ready, its 2-4 weeks out. I will have to show my guys last shows and there 6 week out pics. They are striated everywhere and in the glutes 2-4 out. Thats what it takes.
