I picked up some tuna today, as my diet has been lacking protein hardcore (just can't quite bring myself to eat whatever the hell they call that meat at the cafeteria). Anyone got any recipes or something? In my former days I mixed it with the mayo for tuna sammich, would yogurt or something work to replace that?

i eat it straight out of the can, no sense in ruining it with mayo.

wash it down with something. I have a hard time swallowing it cause i drain most of the water out of the can. I add some deli mustard and maybe hot sauce and eat it in smaller bites and use water to just swallow it.

    It keeps me full.

If you like sushi, try garlic tuna. It's raw but that shit is the best tasting shit sometimes it just makes my mouth water. I love garlic.

mayo just has a lot of wasted calories in it. I actually would prefer tuna in mayo but not when I'm looking for a clean bulk.

i like albacore plain out of the can but it has like 3000x more mercury than the chunk light.

You can mix it with hummus. It still has some fat, but it also has some protein which mayo doesn't.
