    Gonna start cutting probably by the end of next week. So that means it's time to place an order :noes:

    Recommend me some good ones, I got some fat to lose.

    I've been reading about:
    lipo-6 stacked with sesamin

    Red Acid

    anyone have any knowledge on these? or any others? suggestions, comments, questions.. all welcome

    everyone talks about lean green... but i haven't been able to really find any research supporting that it actually does anything... anybody got a link?

    I take lean green, and waiting for someone to get ALCAR in stock to add.. but right now, thats it besides some others (multi-v, fish oil, vit.e, calcium)

    You can't cut unless you have DNP.

    if you havent used ec either try something else first or start low....some people have bad reactions to it

    I was planning on running the Lipo-6/sesamin stack, but Timberwolf had some bad things to say about chemicals in Lipo-6 being toxic and harmful. I am currently trying to find the best thing to stack with the sesamin now other than ephedra that is not particularly toxic.

    It's a bitch finding something because everyone has something different to say, because fat-loss supp's tend to work on an individual basis.

    I'm planning on doing that.. just cut with diet and maybe cardio a couple days a week, then when i hit a plateau, start taking a fat burner of some sort

    i wasn't losing too much weight, so i stopped taking creatine and now i'm actually losing :dunno:

    i started eating differently, too, but i think the creatine was making me retain some water weight :dunno:

    :dunno: how creatine would work with this... but all i'm saying is that i seemed to start losing weight when i kicked it (and changed the diet)
