Gonna see how it holds up this weekend.
i have 4 eothingies.*2 are in the pic thread*the other 2 are collecting dust right now
552,551,and 2 511
Why are they collecting dust? Wanna make $20 and sell one to me.
dont got anything fancy, tacpoint, kobra, bushnell, psop's
How do you like the kobra? I've been thinking about getting one for my AK.
I like the kobra keep it on my SAR2. I don't really have any complaints about it. If your going to put some sort of optic on an AK its the best one to go with.
I'm saving up for the new eotech, but only if they make it in black.
leupold VX-II 6-18x40
the bushnell elite 3200 and 4200 are just as good as the VX II, IMO.
Crappy Simmons 22 Magnum series 4-9x40, fixed objective.
It works just fine for me.
I learned my lesson from reading about every one elses and I think Im going to go with an Eotech 512 from the get-go
I'd like an eotech, I really like how they operate. I'll get one when I'm done buying the guns I want and switch from increasing the collection to upgrading the collection.
FWIW I thought my clone was broken because the red dot would fade and finally dissapear after 50 rounds or so. Turns out the two smaller batteries being used were seperating their contacts from recoil. I just switched to the bigger style aimpoint battery and it functions perfectly.
Or put a ground down dime in there to close the gap
I'm not that smart.
Im good at nga rigging stuff
Didnt shoot enough to say how it holds zero, but you really get what you pay for. The eye relief is like 1.5". It hit me a couple times in the glasses. The quality of the glass is poor. Not so poor that its not usable, but poor enough that you can see the glass distorts the crosshairs when looked at from different angles.
Worth $160? Probably not. I am going to try an AIMclone next h:
Do you have the Bushnell version or an off brand?
$20 Barska red dot. It works pretty well
