    4-5 scoops a day....same I'm at now.

Using mostly whites since I'm trying to keep my fats from good sources only (good as in olive oile, fish oil, and nuts).

I'm a big fan of egg yolks personally....but considering my fat requirements are already met, and most all of these are blended liquid meals, the egg yolks would only fuck up the taste for me.

The whey isn't too bad considering most guys just throw in 2 scoops when they have a shake anyways and you're throwing in only 1 scoop

damn dude don't you get hungry?? i'd probably replace meals 2, 4, and 5 with tuna, chicken breast, or in meal 5's case, a lean steak.

I can only do 2 scoops a day and that's Muscle Milk

Prices have just gotten too high to prefer it over chicken

I spend 1-2 hours a day at home, the rest is on the road. All but 2 meals are in blended liquid form. I don't have much of a choice.

Just want to transition to maintenance when I'm done dieting without falling off the wagon. It'll only be for a couple weeks, then I'm gonna start dieting for another show in NYC.

Spinach is really all I need for veggies. I swap in romaine or green beans every once in a while. I plow the fuck through spinach. I take two basic one-a-day multi's daily.

It's only that low because of extremely decreased thyroid output from dieting for the last 23 weeks. Normally, I maintain around 3300-3500 cal. Bulking starts around 5000...I've gone as high as 9000 cal/day for extended periods. In retrospect I probably should just take a break if I hit a plateau at anything over 6000cal/day.

if this is your first show, just be more concerned about coming in shape, rather than winning, that in itself is a huge accomplishment
