    Share with F&N your workout regimine. Post the following information:

    A. Goals - Are you training for athletics? Strength? Astethics? Health?
    B. Stage - Are you bulking? Cutting? Maintaining?
    C. Workout - Is it upper/lower? Split body? Full body?
    D. Time of day - What time of day do you workout?
    E. Supplements - What do you take? If any.
    F. Any other information you'd like to share with F&N. Post a pic if you want.

    A. Balance between health, astethics, and functional strength.
    B. I don't really do the whole bulking/cutting thing.
    C. Upper/lower right now, thought I'd switch to full body but I like my current workout.
    D. Usually in the mornings, but my schedule is off, so I try to do it after lunch.
    E. Fish oil, multi, whey

    a : get down to 250/260ish and get back into mixed martial arts.
    b : leaning down and building mass
    C : 4 day split , shoulders/tris - back - legs - chest/bis
    D : mon,tues,wed 5:30pm , sat 11:00 AM
    E : some Vit C, Glutamine,
    F : have posted a pic.. i will try get another one taken and post it.

    also.. i dont believe that there is such a thing as a heavy weight.. if i cant lift it.. it is because i am still to weak.

    A. Strength, general health, and eventually some Muay Thai.
    B. Trying to convince myself to *really* start cutting over this winter
    C. Split-- back/bi's, chest/tri's, legs/shoulders
    D. Always changing
    E. Multi, whey, CEE, fish oil
    F. I'd like to get my big 3 over 300 by my bday in Feb. Current: B/S/D 270x1, around 235x1, 255x5, I need to see what all my 1RM's are.

    F. I set a PR on clean and push press...185x2, video is stuck on my cell phone.

    A. Goals - Lose some bodyfat short term, get my squat and dead over 300 and my bench over 200 long term :wavey:
    B. Stage - Dieting atm.
    C. Workout - 3x weekly fullbody, usually 5x5 variant
    D. Time of day - Evenings, after work. Mornings suck bad enough already.
    E. Supplements - Very basic: fish oil, vitamin C, multi, SAMe for moods. EC when dieting, but I don't take it daily even then because I hate coming off a tolerance.
    F. Any other information you'd like to share with F&N. Post a pic if you want.
    Girls can train heavy and look damn good :p and diet is 90% of your appearance results.

    A. Goals - 12 years of ice hockey - now retired and have taken up olympic weightlifting. Hope to be the best i can be :dunno:
    B. Stage - Maintenance - i Just finished cutting from 85kg to 77kg to be in the 77kg weight class
    C. Workout - Olympic lifting routine 3xweek - full body i guess
    D. Time of day - 5pm mon/wed/fri
    E. Supplements - glucosamine, multiV, fish oil

    i do it all for fun and to push myself

    B. I'm always trying to bulk, but failing due to lack of dedication and commitment
    C. Bench,squat, deadlift basically...? Full body; big compound movements.
    D. Mid afternoon-night

    F. I'm 6'6" 230-40 pounds 21 yrs old. started lifting when I was in high school for baseball, started getting more into it in college. Been doing it on/off for about 3 years now: 300 bench, 360 squat, 380 dead - raw

    f. 6'2" at 205 presently w/13% body fat (Pre-Winter as in now). At peak 224# w/8% (Pre-Spring as in April).
