lets discuss an ideal home gym

    I have thus far:

    smith machine (that im going to convert to a power rack) which also allows for cable excercises, curls, cross overs, pull downs

    300lb olympic baerbell set, nice sturdy adjustable bench

    going to get:

    dumbbell set, and rack,

    elliptical machine

    possible an ergometer (rowing machine)

    anything im missing here?

    300lb pft

    glute ham raise
    deadlift platform
    pullup bar

    ditch that eliptical and run around (well in Australia atleast)

    -Platform
    -Powerrack(good one) w/ all the chinup attachements and shit
    -DB's
    -Adjustable Bench
    -Maybe 1 high/low pulley
    -And a GHR since I am being a gluten

    Olympic bar
    Adjustable bench
    600lbs of weights and all various sizes and shapes
    adjustable db handles that fit olympic sized 2.5,5, and 10lbers
    reverse hyper
    sled
    cable crossover system

    ok, so the last one may be pushing it, but you know.

    why a deadlift platform?

    I just use a box or the powerrack

    This week I picked up a powertech cage and adjustable bench, two olympic dumbell handles, and an olympic bar and weight set with 500 lbs.

    I also belong to a gym.

    If I had enough money, I'd buy/make a deadlift platform with band attachments just for fun

    600lb olympic weights
    Power Rack
    Bench
    Olympic db handles
    squat box

    GHR coming soon
