My av is so small you can't see it!
Lately, i've been thinking of alternating my pullup/pulldown movements every week. As in:

    Week 1:
    Chinup x 4 x8
    Wide-grip pulldown x 4 x8

    Week 2:
    Wide-grip pullup x 4 x 8
    Close-grip (the chin grip) pulldown x 4 x 8

And so on... Does this make any sense? Is it going to do any good, or just a waste of time?
    IB:ugh:

Just do it, I don't see how it can do anything but help you be more balanced

If you can do them, I would prefer pullups.. I'm not sure it matters though

What's your routine look like now?

    I do
    3x10 pull ups
    4x5 deadlifts
3x10 underhand BOR with dropset at end
3x10 chest supported row supersetted with v handle bb row
    3x10 pullovers
3x10 cable row with dropset at end
3x10 widegrip pulldown supersetted with v handle pull down

I get a nice pump goin and I'm really diggin this routine. However, I hate those hammer strength row machines. The chest supported one and the high row, I don't think they do anything for me.

i'm on week 7 of a 12-week strength oriented routine since i felt that part of myself was lacking and never being on one.

    my usual workout is

3-4 sets of wg pullups (weighted if possible)
    3 sets of wg pulldowns
3-4 sets of either a chest supported row, chest supported t-bar row, cable row, db row, or a cg neutral grip pulldowns
