i have to consume <1000 when i'm cutting, it's horrible
tell me about it, im in a constant state of hunger throughout the day. Its worth it though
that means you shouldnt be cutting

My meals are around 1k cals... which reminds me.. time for some food.

um, all you're doing is shutting down your metabolism and burning muscle, broly.
there was a myspace fitness group, and there was a girl aged 17 whose aneroxic*? and i tried to help her to get her to eat more. turns out she only ate 300-500 cals per day . told her to eat up, but i dont think she really took my advice.
wait, why so little amount of calories? you guy will lose muscle wont you?
muscle development is not top priority for me right now. My meals are spead out into five ~200 cal meals/day, usually totaling around 125g protein. So far its been been working well, I have not lost any muscle mass, only gained, but I have been losing fat at a steady rate. As I continue losing fat, I willl slowly increase the # of cals I eat per day as my focus shifts to muscle development.
even when cutting still way out
I get 200 Cals just from smelling the food.
