    there was a myspace fitness group, and there was a girl aged 17 whose aneroxic*? and i tried to help her to get her to eat more. turns out she only ate 300-500 cals per day :ugh: . told her to eat up, but i dont think she really took my advice.

    muscle development is not top priority for me right now. My meals are spead out into five ~200 cal meals/day, usually totaling around 125g protein. So far its been been working well, I have not lost any muscle mass, only gained, but I have been losing fat at a steady rate. As I continue losing fat, I willl slowly increase the # of cals I eat per day as my focus shifts to muscle development.
