Ive been eating lentils every day for about a month. Usually make soup and freeze individual containers of it.

Does anyone else consume lentils? How do you prepare them? Soup? On their own? I assume these are a good staple in a body builder's diet? Anything else I should know about them? I eat both red and green.

Let's get some recipes then. ;)

    Heres the facts on lentils:

    1/2 cup (uncooked) serving:

    300 calories
    0g fat
    30mg sodium
    54g carbs
    14g fiber
    22g protein

There is 5 servings per bag and a bag costs $1.25

Cheaper yet if you buy from the bulk bins.
