I like fisheye for car shots or sports like inline skating or skateboarding. Other than that I dont see where else its used.

You'll like the fisheye for a few shots. After shooting with it often, you may not like it nearly as much. I found that I absolutley fell in love with the wide-angle of the fisheye more so than the distortion...

    Now I want a wide-angle :hsd:

I have a Tokina 10-20 fisheye for Nikon -- I'm sure they have one for Canon.

I see a fisheye as a bit of a novelty. They look really cool but there are more practical lenses out there to get.

16mm full frame is pleeeennntttyy wide... pretty much the same as the 10-22 on the 1.6x crop sensor..

yeah, which is why i thought selling the 10-22 and paying twice as much for the 16-35 would make sense :hahano:

you know how at 10mm, things become REALLY stretched at the edges?

    i wonder if it's the same with 16-35 :x:

what body are you on? you say FF but you had a 10-22

its not that bad of distortion. my 16-35 I on a 1.3x is worse than my dads mark I on FF :o
